And do not look outside yourself for your leader.
Do not look outside yourself, for you are your leader. I want to address where we give our power away to others here. A lot of us get trapped into what we think our life has to look like based on a set of rules we interpreted from someone else.
I want to also visit another concept called "Victim or Creator." When we show up as victim in our life, we give our power away to someone or something else outside of us. This is where we stop creating our life. When we hold onto being a victim to circumstance, we cannot create beyond the limitations that the situation or person imposed on us. We see a form and structure that confine what we can have for ourself and our life. When "they did this to me" we have to start giving power back to ourselves and become our own leaders again. We can't let others "do this to me" anymore.
This is our garden. These are our seeds and this will be our harvest. When we choose creator we cannot choose victim. We can't have it both ways. When we choose creator we have chosen becoming our own leader as we create the community around of us like minded people that will help tend to the garden we are planting and share in our harvest.
